National Origami Day

Is there anything cooler than origami? Nope.  Don't think so.  When I was in elementary and junior high school and would get an assignment to put together a how-to project or tutorial I would ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS choose origami. I lived for picking out the paper sheets I would distribute to my classmates and teach them all to take something really epic…like a heart or a frog. It's one of my favorite school memories and whenever I find a square piece of paper, I can't help but give it a fold. Origami cranes are a Japanese symbol of luck, which is pretty awesome if you ask me. Who couldn't use a little luck? Happy National Origami Day!
